Victoria Craig, Executive Director

Victoria comes to HFFC with a wide breadth of experience. Before HCCF she was a senior management consultant and branding expert with an extensive corporate background. Her career specialty has been in media, sales, leadership and service. Formally recognized as Canada’s youngest female publisher, she has worked with numerous industry sectors and has a long track record of success, working with operating budgets of $100 million+ and having managed up to 700 employees.

This passionate executive and professional speaker knows results and with an elite list of accomplishments and a solid PR, sales, media and photography background, she knows how to create success. Victoria is also a Predictive Index Analyst (PI Worldwide) and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Victoria and her family enjoy summers on the boat on Lake Erie. When they aren’t boating, time spent outdoors is high on her list for fun! Victoria also is a World Championship level dog sport competitor with their two Border Collies.
