Kevin Bivand

I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to support Halton Catholic Children’s Foundation (HCCF).  I am a husband and a father of two boys.  As an active member of parent council at Holy Rosary School Milton, I have seen firsthand the impact that HCCF has had on families in need.

I was born and raised in Toronto and I graduated from University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science.  I also have a Masters of Business Administration and I am completing a Masters of Science in Pharmacology.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for almost twenty years.  I have been a senior leader for ten years, with a focus on regulatory quality assurance and patient safety.

Our family moved to Milton in 2010 after our first son was born.  Since that time, I have worked hard to become an active member of our community.  I previously served a two-year term as the North Halton Representative of the Catholic Parent Involvement Committee.

I am so excited to be devoting my time to HCCF, because I believe that every child deserves to have access to learning and education without financial barriers to success.  By providing these students with support, we can help them overcome these barriers and reach their full potential.
